Rates (hours include set up and clean up)
1 hour minimum (on weekdays)
2 hour minimum (on weekends)
$75/hour Monday-Friday
4 hour day Saturday-Sunday $300
8 hour day Saturday-Sunday $500

When you book, we will send you a confirmation email 24 hours prior to your rental that will have entry details and the code to the lockbox with a key to the front door. You’re also responsible for locking up after your session.

Yes, any furniture, props are ready for use. We just ask that renters please refrain from moving the tub, bed, enchanted scene. Removing items off of the wall that might be fixed to the surface could result in damage fees.

Due to our policy and our insurance, smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited. Including but not limited to the lighting of candles, wax, incent, etc.

The process is easy, shoot us a submission form and we will be in contact within 24-48 hours. If we have your date and time available, we will just have you sign the contract, pay the studio fee and you’ll be all set.

Excluded from your rental time, we currently no longer offer this option. It is recommended to bring own lighting depending on the type of portrait session.

Our lifestyle & Boudoir studio is perfect for maternity, Maternity Boudoir, Small Families, Lifestyle, Fashion/Portrait sessions and Boudoir.

Its our pleasure to provide a clean and well kept studio for our creatives and photographers. We ask that all renters have the contract signed and rental fees paid no later than 48 hours prior to their desired rental date.

Yes, you will have complete privacy and the only one with access into the studio during your rental time.

Due to the nature of the type of photography done by many of our clients. With our studio being a storefront, we ask that all clients rent during day light hours.

Yes, your rental includes the use of our paper seamless backdrop rolls. We just ask for a 48 hour notice, of which color you plan to use. Renters are not allowed to manually change backdrops during their rental period.

We only allow the contracted photographer in the studio with their client, so no ticketed events are allowed. Our focus is on providing a private and personalized experience for each photographer and their clients.

Yes, you can park on the street on weekends & after 5pm on weekdays parking is free.
